Visits without a route plan

You can also make visits without a route plan. This will be called as Out-of-Route visits and Unplanned visits.

To make an unplanned visit, Tap on ‘Customers’ in left pane.

You will be presented with a list of all the customers.

Tap on a customer. You can see the details of the customer such as Last visited date, invoice amount, available balance, outstanding payments, current month sales, store growth, statements, location, top 10 products, etc.

To start a visit, Tap on START VISIT button in top right corner.

The Visit Option screen will be opened. Here you can perform all the operation you could do in a planned visit.

In addition to the option to make a visit out of a route plan, you can take collections and conduct surveys without getting into the visit options page.

Collections without a visit

To take a collection without creating a visit, Tap on ‘Collections’ in the left pane.

You will be presented with the list of all customers.

Select a customer and Tap on TAKE COLLECTION button in top right corner of the screen.

The procedure is similar to the collections in planned visit.  Choose payment type, enter the amount and other details if applicable. Proceed to allocate the amount against invoices.

Surveys without a visit

To conduct a survey without making a visit, Tap on ‘Customer Survey’ in the left pane.

You can see the list of all the customers.

Select a customer, you will be able to see all the surveys available for the customer.

Tap on a survey and note down the responses.
