Dashboard

Upon successful login, you will be presented with the dashboard. The dashboard contains all the useful statistics and summary. The pie chart will help quickly grasp the information related to sales, collections, productivity etc. The dashboard will by default display the data for the current month. For better analysis, tabular data is also provided.

To view information for other months, choose a month from the month picker. The selected month’s info will be displayed.

In the top pane, clicking on button in the top left corner will let you expand or collapse the left pane. All the menu items are available in the left pane.


Top 5 sales by van displays a pie chart showing the five vans which had made most sales in the selected month. Clicking on the chart header will open up a detailed sales report. Hover over the chart to display more information. Click on the chart ledgers to enable or disable the ledger.


Top 5 collections by van displays a pie chart showing the five vans which have taken the most collections in the selected month. Clicking on the chart header will open up a detailed report. Hover over the chart to display more information. Click on the chart ledgers to enable or disable the ledger. 


Top 5 sales by agency will display the agencies which has the most selling products. Clicking on the chart header will open up a detailed report.


Productivity chart displays the ratio of total calls versus productive calls.

Calls, Coverage & Productivity table displays the number of scheduled customers, total calls, customers visited, productive calls, zero billed customers, and customers billed. Scheduled customers are the customers for which a visit is/was planned. Total calls are the number of calls made in the month selected. Customers visited is the number of customers to which visits were made. Productive calls are the calls in which sales order was generated. Zero billed customers are the customers who have not made an order in the selected month.

It also displays the coverage percentage and productivity percentage. Clicking on the count of zero billed customers will navigate you the zero billed customers report.


The Transaction statistics displays the overview of sales, returns and collections made.

Orders amount is the total amount of sales. Order count is the number of sales order generated. Average is the average amount of sales orders.

Returns amount is the total amount of credit notes generated. Count is the number of credit notes. Average is the average amount of generated credit notes.

Collections amount is the total collections taken. Count is the number of collection receipts. Average is the average amount of generated collection receipts.


Van Log Summary displays the van wise details of the total sales, returns, collections, productive calls, total calls, and zero billed customers.

Clicking on the number of Productive Calls or Total Calls will navigate you to the customer visits report page.

You can use button to filter the results after entering the search text.
