Starting and logging in

Once SalesWorx Back-Office and at least one SalesWorx Mobile client has been installed the system can be used.
Access SalesWorx Back-Office
Launch your favorite web browser. It is recommended to use Google Chrome.
Enter http://SERVERNAME/swx_vs/html/login.aspx into the browser’s address bar, where SERVERNAME refers to the server location setup for the SalesWorx BackOffice site.
Logging in
Once the Login page is displayed, enter the assigned Username, Password, and Captcha. Click on Login button to login to back office.
Once the user has been successfully logged in, the application will verify the users access rights and display only those menu items and pages to which the user role has been granted access through the User Management module.
