Incentives

In the Incentives section, you will be able to define a target for receiving incentives, define pay out slabs, specify the weightage, generate incentives statement, and manage pay outs.

Manage Incentives

In this screen, you can define the incentive weightage and incentive payout slabs.

Incentive Weightage:

In Incentive weightage tab, you can specify the weightage for the parameters: Net sales value, Net sales volume, and Successful visits.

Click on Save button to save the weightages.

Incentive Payout Slabs:

In Incentive Payout Slabs tab, all the existing payout slabs that are defined will be listed.

To add a new payout slab, click on Add button. A pop up will be displayed.

Select the Parameter, enter From and To percentage, and enter payout percentage. Click on Save to save the changes. Click on Cancel to discard to the changes.

Click on button to edit payout percentage slab and button to delete one.

Manage Target

In this screen, you can view and define the monthly targets for Sales reps. To see the defined targets, select Incentive month, provide filter conditions if needed, and then click on Search button.

To edit a target definition, click on  button.

To define a target, click on Add button.

Select the month for which target is being defined. Select the parameter for which target is being set. Select an employee. Enter the target for parameter in the Target field. Then click on Save button.

Continue the process for defining targets for other parameters.

Manage Commission

This screen allows you to view define a commission against product classification. Select an organization and a month, then click on Search button to view the commission definition for product classifications.

To edit a commission definition, click on  button.

Click on Add button to define a commission for a product classification.

Select Product classification from the dropdown. Select a UOM. Enter the commission rate per UOM defined. Choose the month. Click on Save button to save the commission definition for this product classification. Continue the process for other classifications.

Generate Incentive

You can generate incentives for the previous month using this screen. To generate incentives, click on Generate Incentive button.

You will receive a confirmation after the incentives are generated.

The generated incentives will be displayed.

Incentive Statement

You can handle incentive payouts in this screen. To view the credited incentives of the sales persons, select employees and click on Search.

Enter the settling amount against the sales person. After the settling amount is entered, click on Pay button.

You will receive a confirmation after the settlement is saved.
