SKU Wise Target Definition

This module is used to set targets for FSRs at an SKU level. A target can be set for an FSR for a particular month at a time.

There are three tabs; Target definition, Import target definition, Export target definition.

Import Target Definition:

To import a target definition from an excel file, click on ‘Import Target Definition’ tab. Select Organization, Year and Month. Click on ‘Import’ button.

Choose the file and click on ‘Import’.

The targets will be set based on the data in the excel file.

Export Target Definition:

To export the target definition to an excel file, click on ‘Export Target Definition’ tab.

Select Organization, Van, Target Year and Month.

Click on ‘Export’ button.

Your excel file with target definition details will be downloaded.

Target Definition:

To set a target for an FSR, click on ‘Target Definition’ tab. Select Organization, FSR, Target year and Month.

The products list will be loaded. You can use search field to narrow down the products list.

Enter the Quantity or Value against products.

You can also enter only the quantity and load the total value for product based on a price list. To do this, enter the quantity and click on ‘Load target value from price list based on Qty’.

Choose a price list from the drop down. Click on OK to load.

The value based on the price list will be loaded and displayed in ‘Value’ column.

Click on ‘Save’ button to set the targets.
