1.1 Overview

This document serves as the user manual for SalesWorx. It provides information on usage of SalesWorx BackOffice. This guide does not cover the installation and configuration of the system. To know about the installation and configuration procedures, please refer to the technical manual.

1.2 Audiences

The intended audiences for this manual are:

  • Field Sales Representatives
  • Sales Supervisors
  • Sales Managers
  • Administrators

1.3 Structure of the manual

This manual has five chapters. The chapter name and content description for each of the chapters is given below:

 

Chapter Description
Introduction This chapter gives an overview of the SalesWorx Application and describes its basic architecture.
Functional Modules This chapter describes about the main functional modules which are available in SalesWorx.
User Management This chapter describes about creating user types, users and steps to set up user rights & privileges.
Dashboard & Reports This chapter describes about the various types of reports available in SalesWorx.
Appendix A This chapter describes any errata or addendum associated with the documentation.
