Other functions

The functional modules were discussed in the section above. Another important activity to do in the application is synchronization. In the below section, Synchronization, About screen, and Log out option will be explained.

Synchronization

Synchronization is the process of sending the data available in the device to the server, and vice versa. This has to be done to ensure that the collected data has not lost and a proper reporting has been made.

To do a sync, expand the menu pane. Tap on button.

Data Synchronization pop up will be displayed. Your server URL will be preselected.

Tap on Full Sync button.

The progress bar below shows you the status of completion.

After the sync is completed. Click on Done to go back to Dashboard.

About

The About screen will give you information related to the version of the application you are using, the user logged in as, and the activation key used. Using the other options available, you can contact us, visit SalesWorx website, rate the app etc.

To open About screen, tap on button in the menu pane.

Log out

To log out of the application, tap on the logout button in menu pane.

You will be logged out and the login screen will be displayed.
